Centralized and secure
By digitally centralizing communication it becomes secure and nothing gets lost or forgotten anymore. The logbook has its own search engine, so that all notes can be found quickly and easily.
To ensure an efficient shift change it is vital to register all events and actions during the shifts. Important notes or instructions can be left for the next shift or for a different department using the logbook. This creates a safer work environment.
Finally, work orders can be linked to key words in the logbook. Tasks can be assigned immediately and executed. Everyone can see who takes care of which actions. This provides a great overview and stimulates social interaction between colleagues.
